Jimmy Ray Silva, b. James Raymond Denny, has remains of the purple face paint he wore the night before playing guitar at The Range, in Slab City where he has lived year-round for five years. Musicians come from all over, as far as San Diego, to play on Saturday nights. Jimmy enjoys a beer at his best friend Donny's home, who served in the Army, as a special forces weapons expert in Somalia.
